Two Links: Trees & Megan's Law

These are two important links for us neighbors to be aware of:

1. Sacramento Tree Foundation: Get multiple trees for free through a program with SMUD. It's easy. Just call 916-924-TREE or click HERE to set up an appointment with an arborist to visit your property. I think you can get up to 10 trees (they must be placed in areas that will promote shade). My family did this and we received 3 free trees last year. More trees will help the environment, cut down on our SMUD bills, and of course help the n-hood look better.

2. Megan's Law: It's always important to keep a tab on any registered sex offenders within the neighborhood in order to keep our children safe. Click HERE for details.
