City Talking: My City Hall Online

Is anyone talking with the City of Rancho Cordova through the "My CityHall Online" program? It is easy and free to set up an account (you only need a user id and password) and it is ultimately a very simple way to quickly communicate about graffiti, code violations, traffic, public safety, and a whole host of other neighborhood issues. You can of course leave anonymous tips, but I find that it is great to be known and then dialogue back and forth about important issues so that you can follow up if things are not taken care of. I bring this up because as we work together to bring about some great things in our neighborhood, it will be key to partner with the City and find easy ways to help communication flow. And just for the record, in case anyone needed clarification, we were not asked by the City to post about this. :)
