The Top 4 List

1. Stickers: I am excited to announce that the Cordova Towne stickers came in the mail today. I already have one on my vehicle and one will go up on our porch somewhere. These will be given away for free on July 25th during Walking Nights, but you can always come by before then and get a few if you want. They seem to be good for cars, house window (kind of like a Neighborhood Watch sticker), books, daytimers, bikes, the fridge, skateboards maybe....

2. Publicity: The Grapevine will likely be giving us some publicity for the next Walking Nights in the calendar section. We don't get the paper unfortunately at my household, so if anyone sees that we did get some PR, maybe you could comment below.

3. Volunteers for Flyers: Would anyone be available to pass out flyers just before July 25th in order to invite neighbors to our 2nd Walking Nights event? 3-4 people just as we had last time would be great again. The best time to do this would be anytime between July 19th-July 23rd typically. Please contact Ryan if you'd like to volunteer. The updated flyer will simply be a 1/2 sheet of paper reminding everyone of the Walk and that Mayor David Sander will also be walking with us.

4. Planning Meeting: Remember that this coming Tuesday, July 17th will be the n-hood planning meeting on Croydon Way. We'll meet from 7pm-8pm-ish and we're going to talk about the remaining two Walking Nights Events, a Block Party maybe, what to do in the Fall, etc... All events are for the purpose of helping our neighborhood continue to develop into a dynamic place. It should be fun to get together and build relationships too... Good stuff.
