American Idol BBQ # 2

Last year we had our first annual American Idol BBQ and we will have one again this year. I am having trouble finding out when the finale is scheduled. We will do the BBQ on the night of the finale a couple of hours before the show. Does anyone know the date of the finale? We will provide burgers and dogs and we'll ask if others will contribute side dishes and drinks and all that. BBQs are good for the soul of the neighborhood and for us to connect as neighbors, so keep your ears open for details. And remember, you do not have to be an American Idol fan in order to participate. We just figure that this is a fun reason to get together (before the finale.... not during).
