As of this morning we have 51 members in our Cordova Towne e-Group. This is a profound way to communicate as a neighborhood because it really allows anyone on the list to instantly talk with other residents right away just by sending an email. No logging in and no passwords. The conversation is only visible to those who are members too.
You may have received a flyer within the past week advertising the Cordova Towne Neighborhood Association since our Winter/Spring flyer went out this week. The e-Group is a perfect way to begin getting involved with other residents. So sign up HERE and let's get the conversation rolling. You may want to let your neighbors know about this too.
NOTE: Remember that you can receive each individual e-Group post in individual emails throughout the day or you can receive one daily email with all of the posts from the day ("daily summary"). You can either change your settings yourself by signing in and visiting www.yahoogroups.com or simply contact the site administrator. Be as involved as you'd like..... quite a bit, a little, or lurk in the background.

hi , i like the brown on the walls but notice the hanging plants and the lenght of the wall are you sure it is only going to take just one day? having been working on the front planters you must realize just how time consuming these projects end up being. we have at least another 3 hours left on that project. lots of people drove by with nice comments but no one asked if they could help. maybe while working we need a sign encourging others to be involved with the cordova towne projects. the front area by the cordova towne sign needs weeds dug up rocks picked out and mowing. good ideas for beautification week.edgeing would really finish the look. if you have observed the sign at the enterance i have because i painted it i believe that it's days are numbered. the condition is questionable maybe that is where the new sign should go. leaving the other side just as is. just a few ideas back logged in my head all to the point nothing sugar coated.
I think it might take longer the a day, but the goal is to have 20-30 volunteers in order to make it more feasible for one day. If we have capabilities to spray paint through rented machines, then it will be even quicker. I think we just need to take it this one day at a time.
Thank you for all the time you have put into that project. You know, if help is needed, please do not hesitate to ask. You can always submit something on the e-Group too by emailing "cordovatowne [at] yahoogroups [dot] com" and then it will get to everyone. We'll have to consider the new sign. Ideally though, it would be great to see both sides replaced.
